   Selling your home is more than a financial transaction!

It is a transition from so much that has been to a welcoming of what is to come. In a matter as important as moving on from one property to the next – whether you’re relocating across town or halfway across the country – the guidance and expertise of your Realtor is critical to a successful transition. My years in the business have reinforced with me three key beliefs:

Preparation: It is my responsibility not only to price your home appropriately and get it sold quickly –  but to be by your side during all the pre-market phases. These include – scheduling contractors for repair and cleanout, and establishing a strong Web presence simultaneously with the MLS debut.

Education: It is my job and my responsibility to prepare my clients for the realities of the market, whether you should be expecting four offers in as many days or one offer in four weeks. We will meet several times prior to introducing your property to the market to discuss the many scenarios you might expect.

Experience: It is my responsibility to thoroughly screen potential buyers for their ability to meet you at the closing table and take title to your home. In a market that is constantly changing, my instincts and experience will help us choose the best candidate and the sale process that is most positive and least stressful for all parties.
